Tarheel Tactics LLC is a member-managed, sole Delaware limited liability company.
Where we operate
We are based and operate in the United States.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to materials, information, and personnel required to perform the services and to ensure you have rights to share any materials provided.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, pre-existing IP remains with its owner. Deliverables are licensed or assigned as defined in the applicable agreement.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information and use it only for the purposes of the engagement.
Disclaimers
Our website is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Advice and deliverables are provided based on information available at the time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tarheel Tactics is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to fees paid for the services at issue unless otherwise stated in writing.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement per the applicable agreement. Obligations that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Tarheel Tactics is headquartered, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
